Tree Spotters Program
When the lab was based at the Arnold Arboretum of Harvard University we launched the Tree Spotters program. Through the amazing efforts of Suzanne Mrozak, Jehane Samaha, Danny Schissler and all our volunteers the program took off and is now hosted by the Arnold Arboretum.
If you love spending time outdoors, or would like to learn more about the Arnold Arboretum’s trees, or would enjoy connecting with the Arboretum ecologists and fellow citizen science volunteers, then please consider participating in the Tree Spotters program at the Arnold Arboretum. The goal of this citizen science program is to open a window into the Arboretum’s phenology––the timing of natural events, such as the leafing out of trees in the spring or the turning of colors in the fall.
